We built PupSprinkle for one reason: to see dogs get excited about mealtime again. If yours isn't, we haven't done our job.
That's why every first order is backed by our Happy Tail Guarantee: if your dog doesn't love their topper, we'll refund you in full. Product and shipping.
How it works
You have 30 days from the day your first order arrives to email us at pupsprinkle.co@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description or photo of your dog's reaction
This isn't a test. We genuinely want to understand what didn't click so we can do better next time. Your feedback helps us perfect our flavours.
What you can expect
- Reply from our team within 24 to 48 hours
- Full refund (product + shipping) processed within 3 to 5 business days
- Credited back to your original payment method
