Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship across Canada only, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2-5 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 5-8 business days
  • Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL): 5-8 business days
  • Please note that we do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut at this time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Canada Post volumes and your specific location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package at canadapost.ca.

Delays PupSprinkle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@pupsprinkle.ca and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@pupsprinkle.ca with your order number and we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PupSprinkle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@pupsprinkle.ca and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
